We’re a group of psychotherapists and healthcare providers in Portland, Oregon. We share a holistic approach to mental health.

We’re trauma-informed, relationship-oriented therapists with a shared mission of creating an inclusive space for our community. We work with children, adolescents, families, adults and couples  in need of personal and relational support.

Most of our therapists accept Providence Health Plans, Regence BCBS, Moda, Medicare, Meridian, United/Optum, Kaiser, and Some OHP Plans (excluding CareOregon).
